Yes. We built Rundown to COPPA standards from the first line of code. Players give a first name only — no email, no photos, no birthdate, no location. Coaches register with their own info. For players under 13, we send a one-time parent-email confirmation before any activity is saved.

Rundown is built by a former semi-pro player and current travel ball dad, with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest softball and baseball communities. It started as a tool for one team (the Vancouver Rockets U13) and grew up from there.
Data is stored in Canada (Supabase, Postgres). PIPEDA-compliant. You can delete any player or team with one click, and any coach account can be permanently closed on request. Player data auto-deletes after 12 months of inactivity.
