Can players under 13 join a roster?
Not yet. Under-13 roster access stays closed until Rundown's parent-consent flow is complete. A parent or coach can still open the free sample with them, and Swing Lab can run on the family's device without creating a player account or uploading the video.
Can players use both softball and baseball?
Yes. Both sport libraries are included. A Team Season Pass covers one roster, so a coach managing two teams needs one pass for each team.
What does a coach pay?
Nothing. The coach seat includes Coaches Corner, the full IQ library for the coach's own reps, and roster setup. Players can use the roster's join code after that team has a paid pass.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
For a season pass bought on this website, ask within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. App Store purchases follow Apple's refund rules. Your card is charged on day 1; your bank or card issuer typically posts the refund within 5 to 10 business days. The full policy lives at rundownsports.app/refunds.
Does it auto-renew?
No. A season pass runs twelve months from the day you activate it and then it stops. Nothing charges you again unless you decide to start another year. Passes bought on this site never renew. Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed by Apple and renew annually until you cancel in your Apple Account settings.
What happens when the year runs out?
A web season pass ends after twelve months without another charge. App Store subscriptions renew annually until canceled in your Apple Account settings. Contact support before buying the next season if you need help carrying the roster forward.
Do you work with clubs and travel ball organizations?
Yes, one team pass per team today. If you are a director running several teams, reach out and we will set you up.
Who's behind Rundown?
Ben Meachen, founder: I played this game a long way past high school, through national tournaments, college ball, and international play. Now I coach. Rundown trains what moved players up at every level I saw: knowing where the ball goes before it's hit.
Where's my data stored? Can I delete it?
See the privacy policy for where data is stored and which providers process it. A coach can remove a player from the roster. For team deletion or permanent account closure, email privacy@rundownsports.app.
Where does the swing video go?
Nowhere. Swing Lab runs in the browser on your device. Rundown never receives, stores, or can see the video. When you close the tab, it's gone. Only the short results summary stays in that browser.
