Refund Policy
What changed on August 28, 2026: We added the separate refund process that applies when Rundown offers subscriptions through Apple's App Store. The 14-day guarantee for web season passes is unchanged.

1. Web Season Passes: 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Rundown season pass bought on our website comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Buy a season pass; if you ask within 14 days of the charge, we refund it in full. No questions, no forms, no hoops.
The guarantee covers every season pass you buy, not just your first one. Come back for another season, change your mind inside 14 days, and the same promise holds.
2. Web Season Pass Charges
- Your payment method is charged on day 1, when you start a paid plan. There is no free trial period before the charge.
- Team checkout is available in United States Dollars (USD) and Canadian Dollars (CAD). The base price and currency shown before you continue are repeated on Stripe's payment page. Any required tax and the complete total are shown there before you pay and on your receipt.
- Nothing renews. A season pass runs twelve months from activation and then ends. We do not charge your payment method again unless you buy another pass yourself. Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel and no future charge to stop.
3. How to Request a Web Refund
- Email support@rundownsports.app from the email address on your account within 14 days of the charge you want refunded. A one-line "please refund me" is enough.
- We refund to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
- We refund the full amount charged in the original transaction currency. Your card issuer controls any conversion into your account currency, so the amount posted back in that currency may differ. Bank or card conversion fees are not charged by Rundown and are not part of the refund.
- Refunds are issued promptly on our side; your bank or card issuer typically posts the money within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Web Purchases After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, that season pass is not refundable for the rest of its twelve months. You keep full access for the full twelve months you paid for. There is no cancellation step and no further charge, because a season pass does not renew.
5. Apple App Store Purchases
When Rundown offers subscriptions through the App Store, Apple processes those purchases and refunds. Apple's refund rules apply to those transactions, not Rundown's 14-day web guarantee.
- Request an App Store refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid period.
- Rundown cannot issue an App Store refund or cancel an Apple subscription. We can help identify the purchase and direct you to Apple's controls.
6. Repeat Web Purchases and Billing Errors
- The 14-day guarantee applies to every season pass you buy, counted from the day of that charge.
- If we billed you in error (a duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorize, or a wrong amount), tell us and we will refund the error in full, whenever it happened.
- For an App Store billing error, report the transaction to Apple. Email us if you need help finding the right transaction details.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer-protection law.
