Clips, photos and documents

Added files stay in this browser after you close the tab. They are not uploaded or synced. Video, JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF. Up to 100 MB per file, 10 files per entry and 300 MB per journal. Only add material you are allowed to keep.

Links open only when you choose. Provider access rules still apply. Downloaded coach, facility and GameChanger clips can be added as files; there is no automatic provider connection.

Provider measurement (optional)

Copy a measurement from its source. Keep the unit, provider and conditions with it. Exit velocity measures the ball; bat speed measures the bat.

ADD ATHLETE

Keep a separate history for each athlete. A team change does not give a coach access.

When signed in, Rundown saves this athlete profile and your confirmation with your account. Notes stay on this browser until you choose account text sync; file bytes remain local. Read JotDown privacy details.

Choose the child profile you manage. No separate child login is needed.

ACCOUNT SYNC

Choose whether Rundown keeps this athlete’s notes, homework, links, source records and file details with your account so you can open them on other signed-in devices. Your videos, images and documents remain on this browser.

Reflection sync is off by default. Turning off reflection sync deletes its earlier account copies. Turning off all journal sync deletes the synced account entries and stops future sync; browser and exported copies remain. Team coaches and Family IQ accounts do not gain access. Read the privacy policy.

REVIEW A CSV EXPORT

Choose an export you are allowed to keep. Select its athlete column and exactly one row. Values retain their original headings; season totals are never added together. This is a file import, not an automatic GameChanger connection.

COACH PACKET

Select exact entries and files for this person. Export downloads a private copy for you to give them; Rundown does not send it or grant account access.
